Holistic Living – Foundations for Balancing the Body, Mind and Soul
Level 2 OCNWMR Accredited Course (Open College Network West Midlands Region)
For anyone interested in learning about the many aspects of living holistically. Try out many different therapies, including Reiki, EFT, Meditation.
Modules include: Sustaining the Healthy Body; Empowering the Healthy Mind; A Practical Introduction to Meditation and Feeding the Healthy Soul.
