TERMS & CONDITIONS
3 session package: £210, payable in instalments on request (£70 per session)
6 session package: £360, payable in instalments on request (£60 per session)
Pay as you go sessions: £80 per session
Please note: If a package is bought and additional sessions are required, they are available at the rate per session stated in the package for up to 1 year.
If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hour’s notice or unfortunately, it may be necessary to charge you a cancellation fee of £20.
Places are secured with a non-refundable booking fee of £50. Full payment to be made 7 days prior to the course.
Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, please advise as soon as possible. No refunds with 7 working days or less notice of cancellation. Transfers are made entirely at the Company’s discretion.
The client also agrees to disclose details of the past or present psychological or psychiatric treatment.
In entering into the client-practitioner relationship, and signing the agreement, you are agreeing that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the coaching relationship, you will notify me immediately so that I can discuss with you an appropriate referral.
The client can, at any point in the session, declare his/her preference not to discuss a specific issue, by simply stating that they would rather not discuss this issue. The practitioner agrees to respect this boundary and will not attempt to forward the conversation further along those lines.
The practitioner is bound ethically to uphold the confidentiality of the client and will inform in advance of any exceptions, such as legal proceedings that require disclosure and the obligation to disclose information that might prevent clear and imminent danger to the client or to others.
Our signatures on the client agreement form indicate full understanding of and agreement with the information outlined above.
